libkonq-common software package provides core Konqueror library - support files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkonq-common
libkonq-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkonq-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkonq-common *
You will get with libkonq-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
